Let's fire up January and your immune system with a lot of natural vitamin C and A from beetroot and vitamin E from raspberries..⁠❤️

Ingredients:
✔️4 small beets - diced
✔️2 dl frozen raspberries
✔️2 dl water or plant milk
✔️2 tbsp. hamp seeds
✔️1 large handful of fresh spinach
✔️1 frozen banana, sliced
✔️1 peeled lemon
✔️Some fresh turmeric
✔️Some fresh ginger

Pour everything into the blender and blend until you get a delicious, creamy smoothie. Fill it in your EASE bottle and you're good to go..🥤
